Council is running a workshop on Tuesday, 30 March at The Centre, in Beaudesert. There are still places left at the 6.00-8.00pm session. All welcome.
Course Content – A proactive, positive concept that encourages people to invest in their mental health and works to reduce stigma associated with mental illness. Based on four key concepts – Endurance , Strength, Flexibility and Team. It covers how to recognise where someone may be on the Mental Fitness continuum, how to connect someone to Mental Health support services as well as strategies to improve one’s own level of mental fitness.
