The Rathdowney Community Building is now available for hire for functions and events. It will be used by the local community as the strategic location by Emergency services in times of need such as floods and fires. We are also proud to announce the opening of the telehealth room where local community members can organise with the Secretary of the Rathdowney Memorial Grounds a suitable time for one of our specialists to help residents to access help online or via the phone.
We are especially grateful to the Federal Government for their grant to build The Bunker and the Foundation for Rural Regional Renewal for their grant to furnish the Telehealth Room.
Thank you to the Beaudesert RSL for their community grant which has enabled us to furnish the Bunker with crockery and cutlery.
Thank you to GT Cabinets who kindly donated their time and materials to help finish off the telehealth room in the building.
